A group of rural young Man & Women and few housewifes of Panskura - || Kolaghat Block in the District of Medinipur (Now Purba Midnapur) inspired by some social celebritis of Wet bengal started with some relief works during thr terrible flool in the areas in associaion with different local administrative bodies. A good response from different segments of the population was received and an appreciation from Government and local formal organizations was received. The group of Professionals sat together for a detailed planning to work for the people with the people and by the people. Development consultants and renowned social workers joined the team and a developemenet organization was formed and registered with the
Government of West Bengal in the 1989-90 and Registratin number S/63013 and under the FCR Act,1976 Registration No: 147040175 in the yr.1992 Central Govt. of India.
